Judy is currently in a show at the A R Mitchell Museum of Western Art in Trinidad, Colorado. The Artist's reception for the show will be Friday, May 3rd. On Saturday, May 4th, Judy will be doing a free demo of stencil monotype techniques at 10 am and will be teaching a workshop on the same topic in the afternoon. There are still some openings for the afternoon workshop, so if you'll be in Trinidad and have an interest, contact the museum for registration information.

June 15 - July 20 - August 17

Belmar Arts District is hosting Third Saturday Arts Events in the afternoon/evenings of the third Saturdays of June, July and August. Judy will be doing demos in front of Ink Jewelry, 445 S Saulsbury St. Studio C, Lakewood CO 80226

The plan for June is to be working on the large scale mixed media installation "Star Dust". This installation combines laser cutting, 3D printing and acrylic painting on clusters of wood panel mandalas that hang in sweeps like nebulas and star systems. The concept for the series was spawned by an intersection of the publication of a book on star dust by Swedish scientist and hearing Joni Mitchell's song "Woodstock" on the radio. "We are Star Dust. We are Golden and we've got to get ourselves back to the Garden."
