Everyone complains that there is no studio space for rent in Arvada, so when a house on our street came up for sale, we bought it and converted it into studios. The front entry hall is a small gallery space. The livingroom is now a dedicated printmaking studio. The press has it's own room in a glassed in atrium just next to the work space. The bedrooms are individual artists' studios. Current studio artists are: Carmen Consalvo, Jake Snow and Erin O'Connell.
